The beauty of 1-on-1-coaching is that the road goes where you take it.

We walk together to discover what is holding you back from leading a rich, healthy and successful life, whether that’s consulting around nutrition, exercise, sleep, mindfulness, career and other healthy habits, or coaching to unpeel some of those sabotaging layers of conditioning.


1-on-1 coaching

One-on-one coaching allows us to dig deeper into discovering what, specific to you, is limiting your capacity for change.  Once you identify and neutralise these kryptonites, you truly can step into your superman suit and achieve lift-off.

And we do all of this in a completely safe and non-judgemental space. 

You don’t even need to leave home as our coaching takes place online using Zoom software (which you can download for free).  Most clients start with 5 sessions, by which time they have gained a great deal of the tools and confidence they need to live with more health and happiness.

So, although I have limited availability for one-on-one coaching, spaces are always opening up as our clients become empowered with enough energy and direction to travel the road on their own again.
