Gentle yoga stretches, mindfulness, connection and breathing in a relaxing, accepting space.

Tired, burnt out and maybe a little anxious from all the uncertainty right now? Staying home brought the promise of more time and space to reduce your stress levels and get your health and well-being back on track, but somehow it hasn’t worked out that way for you yet?

So far all you’ve ended up with is stiff shoulders from being hunched over your computer all day and a new at-home exercise regime that consists of many (many) shuttle runs to your refrigerator.

I totally get that.  Because I’ve been there.  Burnt out, tired and too stressed to know where to even start.


Relax, Restore, Reconnect

I know that underneath the stress, fatigue, excess weight and general brain fog, there’s a warm, intelligent, funny, kind, strong and spirited soul that you just don’t seem to be connecting to much these days.

If that's how you're feeling right now, then it's definitely time for a little self-care.  Time, perhaps, to enjoy, absolutely free, an hour of restorative mindfulness and movement.

Sessions running twice a week for 8 weeks, over June and July and anyone is welcome... so bring a friend.

What do you need?

In this completely accepting and non-judgemental space, we do a little breathing, get present to the moment and enjoy a few super-easy slow yoga stretches.   It doesn't matter if you haven't meditated for a minute in your life and have never tried yoga.

All you need is a yoga mat sized bit of space (and perhaps the actual mat for comfort), the zoom link (see below) and your beautiful self.
